This is a very cool gadget that lets you turn of TVs anywhere you stumble across them. Think about it. You’re in a restaurant trying to eat, and a TV is blaring over in the bar.
Click.
It’s off. Life is better.

How about a Muzak-B-Gone? Surely this technology can be adapted to zap the Foreigner that seems to always be playing in chain restaurants.
i love it! should we order a gross? i can’t access the vendor site tho because they’ve exceeded their daily bandwidth… must be a popular idea.
Yep!
Now if he could just build one for *gasp* personal computers.
What I really, really want is a Dumb-Ass-Loudmouth-Cell-Phone-User B Gone. When someone is jabbering mindlessly into his cell phone, or someone cuts you off on the Interestate because she’s paying more attention to the phone than the steering wheel, you hit a button, and the call goes dead. Talk about jammin’.
I’ve been trying to get our alpha geek at work to invent one, but he keeps mumbling something about it being illegal.
they have cell phone jammers in europe. they use them in theaters and churches. maybe you could arrange a business trip to pick one up?
Hi Bob,
You should maybe invest in one of these? I suspect they’ll ship overseas if you ask them nicely:
Wave-Shield Personal Cellular Phone Jammer

CELL PHONE JAMMER – SH066PL2A/B

Always happy to help 🙂

Wow. That second option is exactly what I’ve been looking for …. hmmm. Might be time to start jamming.
