Now that we’re all moved to our lakefront place, we’re going to sell the house in Hardin Valley. We lived there for 10 years, and it’s an incredible place. It was tough to leave.
So what’s in it for you? Bring us a buyer and we’ll give you 1% of the sale price after the deal closes. That’s an easy $3,500 if we get our asking price. Just help us spread the word that it’s for sale and send people links to the photos. I’ll be putting up a video tour too in the next week or two.

ryck and i would consider it for a second home and crash space while visiting knoxville but… it looks like something chewed on the molding in the sun room. oh well. we’ll hafta keep looking. 😉 p.s. you should mention the guest quarters in your flckr blurb. that is a very nice feature of the place.
