		<description>Hi. Thanks for the info. I&#039;m having trouble with two nook simple touch books. When I tried to  enter a password on the routers web page, each letter enters multiple times. (I&#039;m working with a laptop so the batteries on a wireless keypad don&#039;t have to be replaced, which would cause the keyboard to malfunction). Is there any trick to entering the password? I don&#039;t want to call Verizon, because anyone else trying to fix this problem would be unable to if  Verizon disallows people access the router pages.</description>
